Blimey is a Minneapolis-based indie rock band blending high-energy guitars with melodic, emotionally direct songwriting, rooted in the city's DIY and college show circuit. Since forming, they've built a fast-growing local following through New Band Night slots at Green Room, campus Battle of the Bands appearances, and tightly packed house shows. Their hit single “Pretty For You” captures elements of young love with an ass-clenching guitar tone. With a run of singles and a focused local show strategy, Blimey are positioning themselves as one of Minneapolis' next breakout guitar bands.
